The product was shipped and received expeditiously! When it arrived I immediately realized the bar was not what I needed because it was too lightweight. The bar I was replacing is truly Heavy Duty and weighs over 50 pounds...and has been bent from heavy use. I knew this bar (which weighs in at 22lbs) would never hold up like the one i had. This product is perfect for use behind and ATV or other light duty machine for light duty applications. The customer service to return the item was ok.
